Instructions for fees Payment

  1. Fees must be paid quarterly before 10th of April, July, October and January in State Bank of India, Naraina Branch by Cheque or cash. It can also be deposited in the school office by a crossed cheque drawn in favour of "SALWAN JUNIOR PUBLIC SCHOOL" before the month mentioned above, between 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
     
  2. If the fees are paid between 11th to 30th of April/July/October and January a fine of Rs. 100/- should be paid along with the fees. If it is still not paid till the(last day of the month) 30th of the above mentioned months, the name of the student will be struck off from the school roll & re-admission fees of Rs. 200/- will be charged.
     
  3. Advance fees for the whole year are also accepted.
     
  4. In case of extra payment, refund etc. the school accounts office can be contacted between 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. on working day.
     
  5. In case of withdrawal, one month notice should be given. The security deposited at the time of admission will only be refunded.
     
  6. If a child wishes to withdraw the school transport facility, one month’s notice is to be submitted for the same.
     
  7. If the cheque is dishonored, cheque dishonor charges of Rs.75/- should be deposited in the school office in cash.
